Valentine Cookie and Cupcake Decorating

Pastry Chef Denise Churchill will demo cookie decorating with royal icing and cupcake decorating with buttercream. Adults will have the opportunity to decorate their own cupcakes. There will be mini cupcakes to taste. Kids will receive a "paint your own" Valentine cookie. All proceeds will go to the Friends of the Library.
