Randy's Roadside Bar-B-Que

This old fashioned diner, painted a bright red with yellow flickering flames along its bottom and overlarge pig heads mounted on the sides, is located on U.S. 12 just west of the Pentecost Highway and the two tall Irish Towers. Be sure to stop for great hickory smoked barbecue and pulled pork. There's no indoor seating but if the weather is nice you can picnic outside at one of several tables set up near the large pig shaped sign hanging in front. Be sure to order some of the great side dishes such as macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, green beans with smoked ham, corn bread and finish off dinner with a slice of sweet tater pie.
