Downtown Niles Safe Trick or Treat

Downtown Merchants and area organizations pass out candy & balloons to little ghouls & goblins on Main Street downtown.  Downtown Safe Trick or Treat is a fun, no-worry event for the children of Niles.  Sponsored by the Downtown Merchants and the Main Street DDA.
