Springhope Farm

From St. Joseph: Head south on Cleveland Ave.  About 20 miles. Springhope Farm is 1-1/2 miles past US12 on the right.

From Chicago: From Chicago take I -94 to Exit 4A and head east on US12 10 1/2 miles to Cleveland Ave.  Turn right and head south for 1 1/2 miles past Buffalo Rd. Springhope Farm will be on the right.

From New Carlisle: Head east on US 20 just outside of town turn left onto Timothy Rd. and head north on Timothy as it turns into State Line Rd. and then Cleveland Ave.  Springhope Farm is 1 1/2 miles above the state line on the left.

From South Bend: Take The 31 by-pass north to Michigan exit 3.  Head west on US 12 10 miles to Cleveland Ave.  Then turn left.  Heading south on Cleveland 1 1/2 miles to Springhope Farm.
