A Chance To Walk Into History
Clinton Inn

At one time, a log cabin built by Alpheius Kies stood at this site but since Thanksgiving Day 1901, when Alonzo Clark opened his three story brick hotel, this inn has served the community of Clinton and those passing through.  Inside the red brick building are four original fireplaces and an antique staircase among other artifacts from long ago. A drummers room, where traveling salesmen displayed their wares, is now the inn's tavern. There's an extensive menu and a chance to walk into history when entering its doors.
