Join us for an interactive evening of unforgettable dining and imbibing with host Adam McBride, owner of Hickory Creek Winery. 

Featuring a three-course dinner and four award-winning wines right from our backyard. The dinner begins with a 6:00 p.m. wine reception followed by seating at 6:30 and a lively discussion of the evening’s wines and food.

Oysters Rockefeller paired with 2018 Pinot Gris

Merlot Braised Lamb Shank with Roasted Root Vegetables with 2017 Merlot

Spiced Carrot Pineapple Rum Cake paired with 2018 Seyval Blanc
